Delivery & returns

Delivery

• UK delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £40.
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Most arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has is on its way.
• Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns

You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@hedgemagic.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the returns address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, opened bath and body products, essential oils and incense cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement or refund straight away, with no need to return it.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
