Where do you ship from?

Every order is packed by hand and sent from the UK.

How long will my order take?

Dispatch within 1–2 working days, then usually 2–4 working days for delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At the moment we deliver to UK addresses only.

Is stock on the website accurate?

Yes. Stock is checked every few minutes, and again the moment you go to checkout.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Tick "This is a gift" in your basket, add a message, and we leave prices off the delivery note.

Are your crystals natural?

Our crystals are natural stones unless the description says otherwise. Because they are natural, each one varies in colour, shape and size.

Do crystals have healing powers?

We share the meanings that folklore and spiritual tradition give to each stone. These are not medical claims, and crystals are not a substitute for medical advice.
