Backflow Incense Burner – Mini Mountain

About this piece

A miniature ceramic mountain with a hollow summit sits ready for a cone. Smoke slips down the slopes like cloud over a high peak, a small, peaceful landscape.

The mountain is a symbol of steadiness and the outdoors, and this compact burner brings a little of that to a flat, an office or a bedroom. At only 175g, it is a space-saving gift for someone who loves the hills.

Burn a backflow cone in the top dish, and let the smoke fall slowly through the design. Place it on a stable, heatproof surface, away from draughts, children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended. It looks especially lovely at dusk, with a lamp turned low and a favourite book beside you.
