Banana Leaf & Grey Raffia Baskets – Set of 2
About this piece
Two woven baskets in natural banana leaf with soft grey raffia detailing, a calm, understated combination that suits light, airy rooms. They bring natural texture and tidy storage in one.
Banana leaf weaving is a traditional craft that creates strong, attractive baskets from natural plant fibres. The gentle grey raffia pairs beautifully with linen, pale wood and green plants, making this set of two a lovely gift for a house-warming or anyone with a Scandinavian or coastal style. Each basket varies slightly in weave and colour, part of the beauty of natural materials.
Use them for throws, laundry, toys, magazines or as plant pot covers with a waterproof liner. Nest them together when not in use. Keep them indoors away from damp and wipe gently with a dry cloth.
