Hand Beaten Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set – Flower of Life, 14cm
About this piece
A hand beaten brass singing bowl, 14cm across, engraved with the Flower of Life, a geometric pattern of overlapping circles. It arrives as a complete set with its own mallet, cushion and pouch, so everything you need to begin is in the one gift.
The Flower of Life is a sacred geometric symbol often taken to represent the interconnectedness of all living things, and many people meditate with it to feel a sense of unity. Its repeating circles are said to echo the pattern of creation itself. It is a lovely present for a meditation beginner, a yoga lover or anyone who deserves a calm moment of their own.
Settle the bowl on the cushion, tap the rim gently with the mallet and listen as the note unfolds. Try playing it slowly as you focus on a single breath, letting the sound set the pace. The pouch keeps everything together when the bowl is not in use.
