About this piece
A mandala pattern spreads out from a central Om symbol on this small Happy Drum, intricate yet balanced, and calm to look at. The notes are as clear and gentle as the design suggests.
Mandalas are traditionally used as a focus for meditation, so the design suits a quiet, mindful moment. At 13x9cm the drum is compact, with an intuitive note layout that lets even beginners find simple melodies. It makes a thoughtful gift for a friend who meditates or loves sacred geometry.
Rest it on your lap and tap each note slowly with the mallets, watching the pattern as you listen. Play it at the start of a meditation, in the garden, or when you need a short pause. The protective carry bag keeps it ready to go.
