Hemu Wood Soap Dish – Box
About this piece
A neat, box-shaped soap dish in warm, natural hemu wood, with a clean modern design that suits any bathroom. Simple and well made, it lifts your soap up and lets air circulate so it drains and dries between uses.
Handmade and natural soaps last far longer when they are not left sitting in water, and a good wooden dish is the easiest way to look after them. Hemu wood is a sustainable timber from the Guger tree in China. Each dish is individually wrapped in paper, so it makes a thoughtful, plastic-free gift paired with a handmade soap slice.
Place it beside the basin, bath or kitchen sink and rest your soap on top after each use. Rinse occasionally and let it dry naturally. A small, satisfying swap that keeps your favourite bars firm and fragrant for longer.
