About this piece
Raised wooden bars like piano keys give this hemu wood soap dish a neat, musical look. Your soap rests on the keys, water drips away and air flows freely, so the bar dries properly between washes.
Natural, handmade soaps last much longer when kept out of standing water, and this little dish adds a playful note while it does the job. Made from hemu wood, a sustainable timber from the Guger tree in China, it is individually wrapped in paper. It makes a charming gift for a musician, a music teacher or anyone who loves a quirky, natural bathroom accessory.
Set it by the basin, bath or sink and rest your soap on the keys after each use. Rinse occasionally and let it air dry. Pair it with a handmade soap slice for a thoughtful little present.
