About this piece
A bowl of Himalayan salt chunks in a 15 x 9cm fire bowl, glowing in soft amber and peach when lit. The crystals look like glowing embers heaped in a hearth, with a warm light that makes a room feel snug.
Himalayan salt has been loved for centuries, and its warm, pinkish glow is a favourite for creating a restful atmosphere. Every bowl is unique, as the salt is sold by approximate weight rather than size. It is a cosy gift for a new home, a bedroom or a winter birthday.
Place it on a side table, shelf or windowsill, clear of damp, since salt attracts moisture. Wipe with a dry cloth and follow the supplied instructions for the light fitting. Colour and shape of the salt vary from bowl to bowl.
