About this piece
A hydroponic display that pairs a cactus with a round glass laboratory tube, held in an industrial frame of iron and wood. Small chip stones in the tube add texture and colour, and a little green stem rising from the glass looks like a tiny science experiment gone beautifully right.
Made from recycled metal, glass and wood, these displays turn a home into a small laboratory of living things, a very modern take on the windowsill garden. A fun gift for a plant lover with a sense of humour.
You can plant small plants in the glass laboratory tubes, with the chip stones for texture. Place it in a bright spot in a kitchen, bedroom or office, out of the harshest direct sun, and top up the water as needed. Glass is fragile, so handle with care.
