About this piece
Four round coasters woven from jute and cotton, each with a muted olive border framing the natural centre. The look is woodland, and the texture is pleasantly woven, like a miniature rug for your cup.
Jute has been used for centuries as a hardy, natural fibre, and paired with cotton it makes a coaster that is soft yet sturdy. The olive edge suits sage and natural-toned interiors and makes a thoughtful gift for a housewarming, a tea lover or someone who likes natural homewares.
Place a mug, glass or candle jar on each one, or stack them by the kettle. Brush off crumbs and spot clean as needed, and let any damp dry flat before stacking them again.
