About this piece
A playful duck-shaped decanter of hand-blown recycled glass, melted directly over reclaimed wood and topped with a matching glass stopper. At around 19cm tall, it is a sculptural little piece full of charm.
Each decanter is crafted by artisans in Indonesia, where molten glass is shaped over the wood so that the glass and grain follow their own natural rhythm. No two are ever alike. Its smooth vessel can hold liquids or a few flowers, or simply catch the light on a shelf. A delightful gift for anyone who loves quirky, handmade décor.
Fill it with water and a sprig of lavender for a bedside table, use it to hold infused water for a ritual, or display it empty on a sunny windowsill. It makes a lovely conversation piece on a dresser or bar cart.
