Natural Coconut Lamp – Chocolate Wrapover Twist
About this piece
A coconut lamp with a chocolate wrapover twist, strands crossing over the shade in layers. It is made from coconut leaf, albasia wood and cotton, with a glass element, so every lamp has its own character, and the natural weave makes it pleasantly tactile.
The overlapping weave and dark tones give the light a rich, dappled pattern. Coconut leaf is a light natural material that has long been woven by hand in many tropical places, and it gives the lamp a warm, organic feel. A thoughtful gift for a housewarming, a new bedroom or a friend who loves natural materials.
Place it on a bedside table, shelf or desk and switch it on in the evening for a soft, golden light. Natural materials vary, so each lamp is slightly different, and it looks lovely beside books, plants and a warm throw.
