About this piece
A small natural selenite tower, 5cm tall, silky white with fine bands of light. It is compact and neat, a pearly glimmer for a windowsill.
Selenite takes its name from Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, and its milky crystals glow lunar in any light. In folklore it is linked with the third eye and crown chakras and with honesty and clarity. Formed by nature, each tower is completely unique. A sweet gift or stocking filler for a moon lover.
Stand it on a desk or bedside table, or use it at the centre of a small crystal grid. Selenite is soft, so keep it dry, away from water, and dust it gently with a dry cloth.
