About this piece
Four seagrass coasters in a striking black finish, each edged with a fringe. The dark weave looks smart and modern, like a set of tiny woven mats made for a stylish table.
Handcrafted by artisans in Indonesia from eco-friendly seagrass, these coasters combine durability and minimalist style. They suit anyone who values sustainable homeware and make a handsome gift for a housewarming. Seagrass is a natural fibre, so there will be small variations in weave and tone, which add to the handmade charm. The natural texture works well with wood, stone and linen, and softens a modern room.
Set a mug, glass or candle jar on each one, or keep the set stacked by the kettle. Colour depth may vary. Wipe clean with a dry cloth and avoid soaking.
