A selenite round bowl in white and cream, a small round bowl that nestles in the palm. Selenite is naturally translucent and softly banded, so each bowl glows faintly where the light passes through the stone.
Selenite takes its name from Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, and it is easy to see why: the milky crystal fibres catch and soften the light with a lunar glow. Many people use a selenite bowl to rest their other crystals and jewellery, as a calm, moon-touched place to set things down.
