Seven slim candles in the seven chakra colours, from deep red to violet, boxed together as a complete set for meditation and ritual. Each is about 12cm tall and burns for roughly 90 minutes.

The seven chakras are the energy centres described in yogic tradition, running from the root at the base of the spine to the crown at the top of the head, each linked with its own colour and qualities. Lighting them in sequence is a lovely way to structure a meditation. This set makes a thoughtful gift for a yoga lover, a Reiki practitioner or anyone curious about chakra work.

Arrange the candles in holders on a heat-safe surface, from red to violet. Light them one by one, pausing at each colour to breathe and focus on its chakra. Never leave burning candles unattended.
