Smudge Stick – 7 Chakras Rose Petal Sage, 10cm

About this piece

A 10cm smudge stick of sage bound with rose petals, a pretty bundle with a soft, herbal and floral character. The chakra version nods to the seven energy centres of the body in Eastern tradition.

Burning sage and herbs to cleanse a space is an old and widespread tradition, and the rose petals add a gentler, floral note. It is a thoughtful gift for a friend who is moving home, starting a new chapter or building a ritual practice.

Light the tip, let the flame die down so it smoulders, and waft the smoke gently around your space. Use a heatproof dish to catch embers, open a window and extinguish fully in sand or a dish. Never leave a flame unattended.
