Smudge Stick – Cedar Mini Loose, 11cm

About this piece

An 11cm mini cedar smudge bundle, loosely tied. Warm, woody and sweet, like opening a cedar chest.

Cedar has long been burned in folk traditions for protection, and it is a favourite for thresholds and new beginnings. Burning dried herbs to mark a change of season, a new home or a quiet moment is an old practice found around the world. A good present for anyone who loves ritual, from sage newcomers to seasoned practitioners.

Use it by the front door or at the start of a new project. Hold the end to a flame until it catches, blow it out and let the smoke curl upwards. Use a fireproof shell or dish, and press the tip out firmly afterwards. Never leave a smouldering bundle unattended.
