About this piece
A fresh green massage hammer with a bamboo handle and a soft head filled with aromatic wormwood chips. Light tapping over tired shoulders and legs gives a gentle, soothing, warming feel, perfect after a long day.
Wormwood, the silvery herb of old cottage gardens, appears in folklore across Britain and Asia and is still used in traditional warming self-care. Measuring about 30 x 8cm, this hammer is easy to handle and lovely to keep by the sofa. It makes a thoughtful gift for a busy parent, a desk worker or anyone who loves a natural wind-down ritual.
Tap gently and rhythmically over the back, shoulders, arms and legs, letting the weight of the head do the work. Use light pressure and adjust to comfort. Keep it dry between uses.
