Black pepper essential oil has a warm, spicy and gently woody aroma, crisp and invigorating, like freshly cracked peppercorns. It brings warmth and depth to blends and a cosy, energising feel to a room.

The oil is steam distilled from the peppercorns of Piper nigrum, sourced from India. It is naturally high in monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes and is known for the warming sensation it gives in massage blends. Many people find its scent steadying when they feel tense. A great oil for winter blends.

Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner, or blend into a carrier oil for a warming massage. Dilute before use on skin. Keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes and store in a cool, dark place.
