About this piece
A tiny bottle on a silver-plated chain, filled with small opalite pieces that glow milky white with a bluish sheen. Turn it in the light and the stones flash pale blue and a hint of pink, rather like moonlight in a jar.
Opalite is a synthetic stone with a mysterious glow, and in crystal lore it is said to be uplifting and to create space. It is an enchanting present for a dreamer, a lover of moonlight, or anyone who likes soft, ethereal colours.
Pop it over a dark top so that the blue sheen shows. Keep it dry and out of perfume, and wipe the vial with a soft cloth.
