Ceramic Glazed Mango Wood Box – White, 15 x 10cm
About this piece
Mango wood sits under a clean, bright white glaze on this medium box, fresh and quiet, the colour of fresh linen. The ceramic glaze gives the lid a smooth, cool finish, while the mango wood beneath keeps the whole piece warm and sturdy.
Ceramic-glazed wood boxes are a lovely way to give small treasures a proper home. This one, in a white glaze, makes a thoughtful gift for a friend who loves pretty storage, a birthday, or a housewarming. As the wood and glaze are natural, finish and shade vary slightly between boxes.
A good size for rings, earrings, a deck of oracle cards or a small collection of stones. Keep it on a dressing table, desk or altar, or use it as a keepsake box for tokens, trinkets and letters. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the glaze shining.
