About this piece
A set of four round coasters made from wool felt balls, in a soft mix of greys. The surface is bobbly and tactile, and the grey tones sit calmly on any table.
Felting is an old craft that turns wool into a dense, cosy cloth. The grey palette is quiet and modern, and the felt is gentle on wood and glass. A thoughtful gift for a housewarming or a friend with a Scandi-style home.
Set a cup of tea or a cold glass on one, and the felt protects the table beneath. Keep them in a stack by the sofa or in a drawer, and swap sets with the seasons. They stack neatly when not in use, and make a quiet, understated set for a coffee table or a desk.
