About this piece
A soft felt pouch with two finger puppets inside: an owl and a pussycat. They are the stars of the best-loved nonsense poem, ready to go to sea in their beautiful pea-green boat.
Edward Lear's 'The Owl and the Pussycat' has delighted children since Victorian times, and this puppet set brings the verses to life. Made from felt, it is soft and light. A sweet gift for a child who loves bedtime stories, or for a poetry-loving grandparent to share.
Open the pouch at bedtime or on a rainy afternoon and let the little characters come out to play. It is also a neat way to keep small toys together in a bag.
