Ginger is mentioned in Sanskrit and Chinese texts as well as ancient Greek, Roman and Arabic writing, and in folk magic it is linked with energy, passion and speeding things along. A lovely gift for experienced blenders and anyone who loves warming spice.

Add a drop or two to a diffuser or oil burner, or put a drop on a handkerchief to breathe in on the go. Blend into a carrier oil for a warming massage; dilute before use on skin. Avoid during pregnancy and keep out of reach of children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
