Hand Beaten Engraved Singing Bowl Gift Set – Teachings Buddha, 14cm
About this piece
A hand beaten brass singing bowl, 14cm across, engraved with symbols drawn from the Buddha's teachings. It arrives as a complete set with its own mallet, cushion and pouch, so everything you need to begin is in the one gift.
The motifs include the Dharma wheel, the lotus and the Bodhi tree, traditional emblems of enlightenment, the path to liberation and wisdom. Together they make a bowl that feels like a small piece of Buddhist art as well as an instrument. It is a lovely present for a meditation beginner, a yoga lover or anyone who deserves a calm moment of their own.
Settle the bowl on the cushion, tap the rim gently with the mallet and listen as the note unfolds. Play it before reading or reflection, and let the symbols guide your attention. The pouch keeps everything together when the bowl is not in use.
