About this piece
A leaf shape fashioned from raffia, finished with pinewood beads and hanging at 35cm, this little wall piece brings a feel of palm shade and warm, dry grasses. The fibres are soft and textured, and they catch the light beautifully.
Leaf forms have long stood for growth and renewal in folk tradition, and raffia gives a gentle, earthy finish that suits boho, rustic and coastal homes. It is a small, easy gift for a plant lover or a friend settling into a new place.
Hang it on a bedroom wall, inside a wardrobe door or beside a window, or group several at different heights for a woven, layered effect that feels collected over time.
