Iron Ritual Goblet – Triple Moon, 20 x 11cm
About this piece
An iron goblet, 20cm tall and 11cm across, with the Triple Moon worked into the metal around a central pentagram. At about 3kg it has a dark, ceremonial weight, and the moon phases give it a more romantic look than a plain chalice.
The Triple Moon represents the waxing, full and waning phases and the divine feminine, while the pentagram at its heart adds protection and balance. Together they make a goblet that suits full moon gatherings, Esbat celebrations and quiet solo rituals alike. It would make a memorable gift for a priestess friend, or for a couple marking a handfasting.
Fill it with water, wine, juice or milk as an offering, and raise it to the moon from the garden or window. Iron can rust, so empty it, dry it thoroughly after each use and keep it out of damp corners.
