Lilac Fragrance Oil is sweet, powdery and gently nostalgic, the scent of a lilac bush in full bloom at the bottom of the garden in late spring. A few drops in your burner and the room fills with soft, purple-tinted romance.

Lilac has long been a cottage-garden favourite, and in the Victorian language of flowers it stood for first love. Its fragrance is fleeting in the garden, so this oil is a lovely way to enjoy it all year round. The 10ml bottle is diluted with dipropylene glycol (DPG) to help the scent last when warmed. A pretty gift for anyone who loves old-fashioned florals.

Add a few drops to the water dish of an oil burner and light a tealight beneath, or refresh potpourri and scented stones for a flame-free option. Never leave a lit burner unattended. For home fragrance only; keep off skin and out of reach of children.
