Limes originally came from Asia and are now grown in warm countries from Italy to the West Indies and the Americas. Their bright, zingy scent is a favourite for fresh, uplifting blends and pairs beautifully with coconut, mint and other citrus oils. A cheerful choice for anyone starting an essential oil collection, or for a friend who loves fresh, summery scents.

Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner, or blend into a carrier oil. Dilute before use on skin. Cold-pressed lime can cause photosensitivity, so avoid sunlight on treated skin for 12 hours. Keep out of reach of children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
