Mango Wood Angel in Angel – Whitewash
About this piece
A beautifully carved figurine in which a larger angel shelters a smaller one, finished in gentle whitewash and weighing 156g. It has a soft, distressed charm.
It symbolises love, guidance and protection, and it is a touching piece for gifting or bringing comfort and serenity into your own home. The larger angel's sheltering shape makes it a particularly kind present for a new parent, a grandparent or anyone who has had a hard year.
Stand it on a shelf, bedside table or windowsill, or give it with a handwritten card. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. It looks lovely beside a photograph or a small candle holder, and the whitewash suits a calm, light-filled room. Because the figure is carved by hand from mango wood, each piece differs slightly, and the distressed look adds to its charm.
