Mango Wood Backflow Incense Burner – Hamsa, Medium
About this piece
A hamsa hand is worked into this medium mango wood backflow burner, its fingers outlined against the grain. Smoke slides down the design like a soft curtain of mist.
The hamsa is an ancient symbol of protection and good fortune, often hung near doors. This medium size, at 350g, suits a desk, bedside table or hallway shelf, and makes a meaningful housewarming gift.
Rest a lit backflow cone in the top of the burner and enjoy the smoke as it falls. It needs backflow cones to create the effect, which are sold separately. Never leave burning incense unattended, and use it on a heatproof surface. A shelf, desk, bedside table or altar all make a good home for it.
