Money Cat Teapot Set with Two Cups & Travel Case – Black
About this piece
The black Money Cat Teapot Set is whimsical and stylish: a sleek black ceramic teapot adorned with a golden money design, two cat-faced cups and a travel case to carry it all. Stack the cups on top and a lucky money cat appears, ready to pour.
The maneki-neko, or beckoning cat, is a much-loved symbol of luck and prosperity in Japan, and here the teapot's golden money design adds to the good fortune. Each cup has a cute cat face, and when the cups are stacked on the pot they form a complete money cat. Everything packs neatly into a stylish travel case, so it is perfect for tea on the go.
Brew loose-leaf tea in the pot, pour into the cups and enjoy, then stack the cups back on top to make your money cat. Hand washing is recommended; the set is not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.
