About this piece
Myrrh Simmering Granules release a warm, earthy, resinous fragrance as they heat, deep and calming with an ancient, sacred character. A spoonful in your burner, no water or oil needed, turns any corner of the home into a quiet sanctuary.
Myrrh has been offered and burned for millennia, from the temples of Egypt to the Nativity story, and its scent still carries a sense of stillness and reverence. Granules are a tidy way to enjoy it, with nothing to spill or top up. They make a meaningful gift for anyone with a meditation corner or altar, especially at Yule and Christmas.
A small dish of granules makes a lovely scented altar offering. Never leave a lit burner unattended. Colours may vary slightly between batches.
