Natural Bamboo Wind Chime – 6 Medium Tubes
About this piece
Six medium bamboo tubes catch the lightest of breezes and answer with a quick, clear, woody patter. Smaller than the large-tube chime, this one is lighter in voice, so it is perfect where you want a gentle background sound rather than a deep resonant knock.
The tubes are handcrafted in Indonesia from sustainable bamboo and left in a natural finish that suits cottage gardens, balconies and boho rooms alike. Wind chimes are often hung to bring a feeling of peace to a home, and bamboo gives that idea an easy, rustic charm. It is a kind gift for someone with a small space, a first flat or a friend who enjoys quiet moments.
Hang the chime by a window that you like to leave ajar, or outdoors where it can move freely. A sheltered porch or covered balcony is ideal, and a ceiling hook indoors works well in a hallway or bedroom. Take a moment now and then to listen with your eyes closed and let your breathing settle.
