Neroli Essential Oil, diluted to 5% in grapeseed oil, brings the exquisite scent of orange blossom within easy reach. Its aroma is sweet, honeyed and gently citrus, with a fresh green edge, like an orange grove in flower on a warm spring evening.
Neroli comes from the hand-gathered blossoms of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium, in Tunisia, and it is named after Anna Maria Orsini, princess of Nerola, who in the 1680s scented her gloves and bath with it and made it the height of fashion. Orange blossom has long been carried by brides as a symbol of love and new beginnings. This 50ml dilution is ready to use for a little everyday luxury.
Smooth a few drops onto wrists and neck as a natural perfume, or use as a ready-blended massage oil. You can also add a few drops to a burner. Patch test first. Keep out of reach of children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
