Pillar Candle – Red, 80x200mm

About this piece

This red pillar candle, 80 x 200mm, is a real statement piece, thick and tall with a deep, glowing flame. The paraffin wax burns for approx. 90 hours, in a deep, rich red that looks lovely in daylight and candlelight alike.

Red is the traditional colour of candle magic for love, courage and passion, and it is just as good for a winter table or a Yule celebration. It is a practical gift for someone setting up a new home, a host who likes a beautiful table, or anyone who keeps an altar. With a broad, tall statement shape, it works well on its own or grouped with others of different heights.

Stand it on a heatproof plate or holder in a hearth, a hallway console or a centrepiece. Trim the wick before each use and let the top melt evenly across the first time. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
