Red Bush Relax Tea – 50g

A smooth red bush tea with apple and soft floral notes of lavender, orange blossom and mallow. The cup is mellow, rounded and quietly sweet.

Lavender and orange blossom are traditional evening flavours, and rooibos is naturally caffeine-free, so this is a cup for winding down. Blue cornflower and safflower add colour to the leaf. It makes a calming gift for a busy friend, a mum or anyone who needs a pause after work.

Steep a spoonful of leaves in freshly boiled water for five to seven minutes. Drink it by lamplight, with a book and your feet up, and let the day fall away. A little honey brings out the apple and the flowers.
