In English folklore thyme beds were said to be loved by fairies, and sprigs were given as tokens of courage. It is the sensible size for someone who diffuses often, and a generous present for a fan of red thyme.

It blends happily with lavender or lemon. A little goes a long way, so start with one or two drops. Dilute before use on skin. If you use an oil burner, never leave the flame unattended. Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dark cupboard with the cap on firmly, away from children and pets.
