Scots pine is a native British tree and a symbol of the old Caledonian forest, and its evergreen boughs have been brought indoors at midwinter for generations. It is one of the most important oils in aromatherapy and blends well with cedarwood, rosemary, lavandin, sage, labdanum and juniper. This larger size is ideal for crafters, festive blends and frequent diffuser users.
Diffuse a few drops, warm in a burner or blend with a carrier oil. Dilute before use on skin, and use in moderation, as too much can irritate sensitive airways. Keep out of reach of children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
