About this piece
A mid-sized selenite heart of 7-8cm, in creamy white with delicate silky lines. It has a smooth polish that glows in daylight and candlelight alike.
Selenite takes its name from Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, and its milky, silky glow looks lunar in any light. In folklore it is linked with clarity, calm and a feeling of fresh air in a room. The heart shape is a tender symbol, easy to give and easy to love.
