About this piece
The sacred Om is carved into the palm of this soapstone Hamsa hand, a simple symbol on smooth, cool stone. It weighs around 120g and sits steadily wherever you set it, a quiet fixture for a meditation corner.
Om is traditionally chanted to begin meditation and yoga, and the Hamsa is a symbol of protection, so the two together make a lovely, meaningful pairing. It is a considered gift for a yoga teacher or any friend who loves a little ceremony.
Never leave burning incense unattended. When cool, wipe away the ash with a soft dry cloth.
