Tabletop Water Feature – Golden Buddha & Lotus, 30cm
About this piece
A golden Buddha sits in a lotus setting on this 30cm tabletop fountain, with water cascading softly and a built-in light picking out the gold. It is graceful, bright and calm.
Feng shui tradition holds that the north corner of a home represents the water element, and that a fountain in a hallway or home office should have its water flowing towards the inside of the house. With the lotus, the symbol of purity, it makes a lovely gift for a meditator or a friend creating a restful home.
Place it in a north corner, hallway or home office, and set the flow to a gentle trickle. It comes in an elegant ecological box with a user manual. Set it on a stable, level surface away from direct sun, and keep the water topped up so the pump keeps running smoothly.
