Hanging Brass Incense Burner – Om

About this piece

Handmade in India, this polished brass hanging burner carries the sacred Om symbol and star-shaped cut-outs that let smoke flow softly. The brass glows warmly, and the star-shaped cut-outs let smoke and light escape in a pretty pattern, especially in a dim room.

Om represents peace and unity, the sound said to hold all sounds. It is a good gift for a yoga teacher or meditation lover, and creates a calm and meditative atmosphere. Hang it as an ornament when it is not in use, and it makes a heartfelt gift for someone drawn to Eastern traditions.

Burn incense inside and hold it by the chain. Brass heats up in use, so let it cool before touching it. Never leave burning incense unattended.
