Teak Root Square Plate – 20cm
About this piece
A square plate hand-carved from teak root, following the wood's natural shape for a unique, abstract form. Rich in colour and full of swirling grain, it is a beautiful piece of natural art.
Each plate is carved by hand, so no two are alike and yours may differ slightly from the images. Around 20cm across, it can stand alone as an eye-catching display or be used to serve and present. Teak root has a warm, earthy beauty that suits rustic, organic and modern homes alike, making it a thoughtful gift for lovers of natural materials.
Use it to display crystals and a candle on your altar, never leaving the flame unattended, or as a tray for rings and keys by the door. It also makes a lovely base for a seasonal arrangement of pine cones, acorns or shells.
