Bergamot FCF essential oil smells bright, citrusy and gently sweet, the same sunny note that gives Earl Grey tea its famous fragrance. It is uplifting, fresh and wonderfully easy to love.

The oil is cold pressed from the peel of the bergamot orange, sourced from Italy, and takes its name from the city of Bergamo in Lombardy, where it was first sold. FCF means it has been processed to remove furocoumarins. Bergamot is a favourite in aromatherapy for creating a relaxed, happy mood.

Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner, or blend into a carrier oil for massage or a warm bath. Dilute before use on skin, and avoid strong sunlight on skin where the oil has been applied. Keep out of reach of children.
