About this piece
Green and purple shades hang from a length of driftwood in this chime, with capiz catching the light as it moves. The colours are woodland and twilight, soft and a little magical.
Hand made by small family businesses in Bali from beach source materials such as driftwood and capiz, it gives off a pleasing sound in the wind. Many people believe wind chimes protect their surroundings from evil spirits, so it is a lovely gift for a witch's window or a friend's new home. Because the materials are natural, each chime differs slightly in shape and shade.
Hang it in a window or hallway where it can be gently moved, and notice how the colours deepen in evening light. Pair it with a purple amethyst or a dish of lavender for a soft, witchy corner.
