Gong in Stand – Black, 25cm

A small black gong, 25cm across, hangs in a carved wooden stand like a piece of temple art for the home. Strike it and a warm, shimmering tone spreads out and slowly fades.

Hang the gong on its stand, stand to one side and strike the centre with the mallet using a gentle swing. Listen as the tone swells and fades, then wait until it is silent before sounding it again. Keep the stand on a flat, steady surface.
