About this piece
A small, hand-carved angel wing in whitewashed wood, softly distressed for a vintage look. At 18cm, it is delicate and pretty, with gentle feathered detail that catches the light.
Each wing is hand-carved in Bali from sustainable albesia wood and distressed by hand, so every piece has its own character. The back is painted with blackboard paint, so you can write a name, a date or a loving message in chalk. Angel wings are a timeless symbol of protection and remembrance, making this a tender gift for a christening, a new baby, a wedding or a memorial.
Hang it on a wall or door, prop it on a shelf, or use it as a place-setting at a wedding or Christmas table with each guest's name chalked on the back. It also looks lovely hanging on the tree.
